Exploring Central Florida Comic-Con 2024 — Day 2
Walked around a lot, attended a few panels, took photos, got a couple of selfies, and did a few Q&As with vendors & artists.
It’s day two of Central Florida Comic-Con 2024.
I (sadly) had to miss the first hour-and-a-half of the event because the earliest bus available at the time was roughly at 9:45. I decided to go to the nearby McDonald’s for a quick breakfast because I didn’t want to eat anything at the venue because of the insane prices. When I opened the Lyft app, I chose the “Wait and Save” option because it would cut down on the transportation cost and it would give me time to eat my food which hadn’t arrived yet.
I managed to finish half of my breakfast before my driver arrived, and then it was roughly a 20–25 ride to the RP Funding Center.
When you don’t have access to a vehicle and public transportation options are limited, it’s a totally b!tch getting around. It’s situations like this that make me miss being in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia because of their public transportation options.
