Exploring Central Florida Comic Con 2025 — Actor & Mentalist Joshua Seth
Joshua Seth is best known as the English voice of Tai Kamiya from Digimon. Apart from voice acting, Joshua Seth is an author and award-winning mentalist.
The third panel on Day 1 of Central Florida Comic Con 2025 was with actor and mentalist Joshua Seth. He has an extensive background in voice work where he was credited for voicing Tai Kamiya in several animated adaptations of Digimon Adventure & Digimon Frontier, Rio in Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2, Chaos in the Xenosaga Trilogy, Takeshi Jin in IGPX, Jiang Wei in Dynasty Warriors 5, Fake Kiyo & Mars in Zatch Bell, Arthur Jung in Gundam F91, Hige in Wolf’s Rain, Shobu Kirafuda in Duel Masters, Dio in Last Exile, Joe Shihamura in Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier, Elc in Arc The Lad, Tetsuo Shima in Akira, and more.
The panel started with Joshua playfully walking in “slow motion” to the table.
We learned Joshua moved from Los Angeles to St. Petersburg. He started his voice acting career while making his living as a professional magician. Joshua said he wasn’t good at either initially but improved over time. When he landed the role of Tai Kamiya, his voice acting career kicked off. At the same time, his career as a magician also…
