Exploring Central Florida Comic Con 2025 — Day 1
A very chill first day, great to meet guests before the lines got crowded.
I wonder how massive Central Florida Comic Con (CFCC) 2026 will become, which makes me think about how ticket prices will likely increase next year because of the special guests in attendance. I’m not complaining because I’ve had great experiences at the previous CFCCs, though I had to miss CFCC 2022. After all, I recovered from arm surgery (I broke my arm in Judo around December 2021) which forced me to miss the event.
Most of us knew CFCC 2025 would be big because it was scheduled as a 3-day event when it was held for two days in the past. This event had more special guests than the previous CFCCs. Even though some guests couldn’t make it because of health concerns or scheduling conflicts, the organizers secured other special guests.
I wanted to show up on time to the event, but I was at a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (MLK Day) luncheon earlier because it was in town and our Democratic Party chair got tickets for anybody interested.
I had to quickly leave Nora Mayo Hall, where the luncheon was held, and drive to the RP Funding Center, where CFCC 2025 was held. Luckily, it wasn’t a bad drive. I arrived shortly before two in the afternoon, giving me enough time to…
